WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Starting at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, October 19 and ending at 5 p.m. on Thursday, October 20   

WHERE:  Newton Road at New Osborne Turnpike – CSX Overpass

BACKGROUND:  Newton Road at New Osborne Turnpike will be closed to perform emergency work to replace one of the bridge structures. Please use caution and follow the road signs.
