WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Starting at 9 a.m. on Thursday, April 21 and ending at 4 p.m. Tuesday, May 31 

WHERE:   Lock Lane and Calumet Road  

BACKGROUND:  A traffic circle will be installed at the intersection of Lock Lane and Calumet Road. Please follow the road signs.
