WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Ramp Closure

WHEN:  Thursday, March 24 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  

WHERE:  Manchester Bridge Northbound from 7^th and Semmes Avenue

BACKGROUND:  The northbound Manchester Bridge ramp at 7^th Street and Semmes Avenue will be closed for bridge repairs. Follow the detour signs.
