WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Tuesday, February 2 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  

WHERE:  Garland Avenue between Norwood Avenue and Hooper Street

BACKGROUND:  Closing Garland Avenue between Norwood Avenue and Hooper Street to work on a steeple. Motorists should use caution and follow the detour signs.
