                       Lane Closure – Manchester Bridge  

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Wednesday, December 16 thru Friday, January 8, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHERE:  Northbound and southbound right lanes on the Manchester Bridge

BACKGROUND: The lanes will be closed while the bridge is being painted.
