WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Thursday, October 1 - Friday, October 2 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHERE:  101 North Plum Street

BACKGROUND: Barricading the parking lane and two travel lanes on North Plum Street between Grove and Floyd Avenues to operate a crane to set an HVAC unit on the roof. The parking lane will be closed for thru traffic. Follow the posted detour signage.
