TIME:         7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.

LOCATION:         3100 Noble Avenue

WORK TYPE:       Sanitary and Storm Sewer.  DPU Contractor GL Howard is performing an         
                               emergency sewer main and lateral repair. 

IMPACT:       3100 block of Noble Avenue  is closed to through traffic. Five (5) plates are in the
                       roadway.
