WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Friday, December 12 through Monday, December 15

WHERE:  23^rd Street between East Grace Street and East Franklin Street

BACKGROUND:  There aforementioned area will be closed to allow for repairs to the cobblestones at the intersection of 23^rd Street and East Franklin Street.
