Starting
the week of Sept. 2, weather permitting, a contractor working for the
Department of Public Utilities will be making drainage improvements on N.
Wilton Road between its intersections with Kingsbury Road and Dillwyn Road.
During construction, it will be necessary to close a short section of N. Wilton
and detour traffic via the intersection of Seneca and Dillwyn roads, and at the
intersection of Seneca and Kingsbury roads.
Planned
work is the installation of a manhole, replacing a line of pipe, repairing
cavitations, and restoring the pavement. The project is estimated to take three
weeks to complete (approx. Sept. 26).
