WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closures

WHERE:  2^nd Street between I-195 and Grace Street

WHEN:  Friday, October 25 through Wednesday, November 6, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

BACKGROUND:  There will be intermittent lane closures and limited access to the travel lanes in the aforementioned area to allow for paving.
