WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Wednesday, October 2 through Saturday, October 5, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

WHERE:  East Franklin Street between 18^th Street and North 29^th Street

BACKGROUND:  The aforementioned area will be closed to allow for paving.
