                        Street Closure – Bells Road Underpass

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Saturday, June 22, 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. 

WHERE:  Bells Road Underpass

BACKGROUND:  The aforementioned area will be closed to allow for the paving of Deepwater Terminal Road.  Motorists are asked to access the road from the Deepwater Terminal Road Extension Underpass.
