                      Street Closure – South 10th Street and Byrd Street

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Friday, December 14 to Monday, December 17, 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

WHERE:  The following locations will be impacted by the street closure(s).

·         South 10^th Street between 7^th Street and East Byrd Street, to include Haxall 

       Point

·         Byrd Street between 9^th Street and 10^th Street

BACKGROUND:   There will be intermittent lane closures on South 10^th Street between 7^th Street and Haxall Point.

South 10^th Street between Byrd Street and Haxall Point, and Byrd Street, between 9^th Street and 10^th Street, will be totally closed during the installation of a HVAC system at 324 S. 10^th St.

DETOUR:  For the duration of this operation, access to the Riverside on the James development will be available from South 11^th Street through the parking deck.  Detour signs will be posted.
