WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Monday, August 20, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHERE:  East Franklin Street between North 28^th Street and North 29^th Street

BACKGROUND:  East Franklin Street between North 28^th Street and North 29^th Street will be closed during the installation of a heat pump of at 2802 East Franklin Street.
