WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:   Saturday, April 28, through Sunday, April 29, 6 a.m. to Midnight
             
WHERE: East Marshall Street between 12th Street and 13th Street

BACKGROUND: The streets will be closed during a construction project at the AD Williams Building at 1201 East Marshall Street located on the MCV campus.
