Lane Closure – Hermitage Road

WHAT:  Lane Closure, Daily
 
WHEN:  Monday, November 14 to Friday, November 25 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

WHERE: in the 2^nd Voter District

·         Hermitage Road from Sherwood Avenue to Robin Hood Road

·         Robin Hood Road from Hermitage Road North Arthur Ashe Boulevard

·         North Arthur Ashe Boulevard from Robin Hood Road to Westwood Avenue

·         Hermitage Road from Westwood Avenue to Laburnum Park Boulevard

BACKGROUND:  There will be temporary closure for sidewalks and curb lanes as the contractor will be testing fiber optic cable.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 195 currently accredited public works agencies in the United States. DPW’s portfolio comprises a wide array of services to include leaf collection; street, sidewalk and alley maintenance; trash collection; recycling; grass cutting;  graffiti removal; parking enforcement; urban forestry; street signs; traffic signals and pavement markings and civil engineering.
