                                                        Street Closure –  10th Street 

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works (https://twitter.com/DPW_RichmondVA) 

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Saturday, November 23 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

WHERE: 10th Street between Byrd and Haxall Point (located in the 6th voter district)

BACKGROUND: The area will be closed to dismantle an exterior elevator at 1101 East Bryd Street. Motorists are urged to use caution and follow the detour signs.

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Thursday, November 21 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
WHERE: Monument Avenue between Cleveland and North Belmont Street
BACKGROUND: The area will be closed to allow a crane to replace the HVAC unit at 3123 Monument Avenue. Motorists are urged to use caution and follow the detour signs.

WHEN:  7 a.m. Monday, November 18 through 7 a.m. Wednesday, December 18
WHERE:Franklin Street from Ambler to 17th streets
VOTER DISTRICT: 7
BACKGROUND: The area will be closed to construct a new roadway. The existing road is being replaced with a cobblestone street. Motorists should follow detour signs.
