WHERE: Park Avenue between Birch and North Harvie streets (located in the 2nd
Voter District)
BACKGROUND: The area will be closed to allow
a crane to set an HVAC unit on the building at 1412 Park Avenue. Motorists are
urged to drive safely and follow the detour signs.

The
City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 146 accredited
