WHERE: Hull Street between 4th
and 5th streets (located in the 6th voter district)
BACKGROUND: One eastbound lane of Hull Street
between 4th and 5th streets will be closed for the
construction of a six-story mixed used development and parking garage. Motorists
are urged to drive safely and follow the road signs.

The
City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 146 accredited
