                                          Street Closure – North 9th Street

WHAT:  Street Closure
 
WHEN:  Starting at 9 a.m. on Friday, October 22 and ending at 4 p.m. on Sunday, October 24

WHERE: North 9th Street between Grace and Broad streets (located in the 6th voter districts)

BACKGROUND:  The area will be closed to allow the Virginia Department of General Services to install a pedestrian covered walkway on the west side of North 9th Street between Grace and Broad streets. Upon completion of the walkway installation, North 9th Street will become a single lane in the northbound direction for the duration of construction for the General Assembly Parking Deck.
