BACKGROUND: As part of Mayor Levar
M. Stoney’s Vision Zero initiative, significant safety enhancements, including
high visibility pedestrian crosswalks will be installed to caution motorists
against driving distracted and will alert them to watch for those crossing city
streets.

The
City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 146 accredited
