WHERE: Carnation Street between Hioaks Road and Midlothian Turnpike (located in
the 9th Council District)
BACKGROUND: There will be
a rolling lane closure of one southbound travel lane on Carnation Street
between Hioaks Road and Midlothian Turnpike during the construction of a
sidewalk. Motorists are urged to use caution and follow the traffic signs.

The
