WHAT: Lane Closure
WHEN: Monday, April 18 through Friday, April 29 from
7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
WHERE: West Broad Street between Blacker Street and Shenandoah Street (located in
the 1st Voter District)
BACKGROUND: The curb lane and sidewalk will be temporarily closed to
allow the contractor to install traffic
signal and fiber optic conduit on and across West Broad Street from Blacker
Street to Shenandoah Street. This
work is part of the traffic signal system expansion project.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is
