Laburnum Park Boulevard
BACKGROUND: The curb lane and
sidewalk will be temporarily closed to allow the contractor to install traffic
signal and fiber optic conduits in the sidewalk. The contractor will be working adjacent to the northbound lanes of
traffic. This work is part of the traffic signal system expansion project.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is

buildings; issues permits for working in the city’s right-of-way; manages the
