WHERE: South 21st Street at Dock Street
(7th voter district)
BACKGROUND: Alternating lanes on Dock Street
will be closed to install Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFBs). Installing RRFB equipment, foundations
junction boxes, conduit, wire, ADA ramp, crosswalk, concrete work, island,
trenching, striping and pavement restoration.
Work will occur during off-peak hours to leave streets open for morning
and evening rush hour. Observe work zone
signage and flaggers. Please drive carefully.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is
