                                         Lane Closure – Carytown South Area

WHAT:  Lane Closure
 
WHEN:  Monday, May 17 through Friday, June 18 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

WHERE:  The following streets in the Carytown South Area (5th District): South Nansemond Street, Freeman Road, Beaumont Avenue, McCloy Street, South Belmont Avenue, South Colonial Avenue, Parkwood Avenue, Grayland Avenue, Idlewood Avenue, South Sheppard Street, South Auburn Avenue, South Dooley Avenue and South Crenshae Avenue

BACKGROUND:  There will be alternating lane closures for paving.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 178 currently accredited public works agencies in the United States. DPW’s portfolio comprises a wide array of services to include leaf collection; street, sidewalk and alley maintenance; trash collection; recycling; grass cutting;  graffiti removal; parking enforcement; urban forestry; street signs; traffic signals and pavement markings and civil engineering.
