WHERE: East Clay Street between 10th and 11th streets
BACKGROUND: The aforementioned area will be
closed to allow Dominion Energy to install new electric conduits in the street.
Work for the project will occur at night and the street will reopen during the
day. Motorists are urged to use caution and observe the traffic control signage.

The
