WHERE: East Broad Street between 10th and 11th streets in
the 6th Council District
BACKGROUND: Two eastbound lanes of East Broad
Street between 10th and 11th streets will be closed to allow Dominion Energy to
use a crane to replace a transformer at the Old City Hall building located at
1001 East Broad Street. One lane will remain open at all times. A rain date for this project is scheduled
for January 27. Motorists are urged to use caution and observe the traffic
control signage.
