                                         Street Closure – Newton Road/New Osborne Turnpike  

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Starting on Monday, December 12 at 9 a.m. and ending Thursday, December 15 at 4:30 p.m.  

WHERE:  Newton Road/New Osborne Turnpike at the CSX Overpass

BACKGROUND:  The area will be closed to allow CSX to perform emergency work to replace one of the bridges. Please use caution and follow the road signs.
