WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN: Tuesday, January 3, 2017 to Thursday, January 12, 2017 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  

WHERE:   13^th Street between East Main and East Cary streets 

BACKGROUND:  The southbound lane and parking lane along 13^th Street between East Main and East Cary streets will be closed to install Comcast utility duckbank. Please follow the signs and drive safely through the area.
