                                         Street Closure – 20^th Street between Grace and Franklin streets  

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Monday, December 12 from 4 a.m. to 8 a.m.  

WHERE: 20^th Street between Grace and Franklin streets

BACKGROUND:  The area will be closed to pour concrete at 1914 East Franklin Street. Please use caution and follow the detour signs.
