                    Street Closure – North 21st Street 

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Midnight Saturday, December 19 thru midnight Thursday, December 24  

WHERE:  North 21^st Street between East Broad Street and Marshall Street

BACKGROUND: The street will be closed during installation of a new crosswalk at the intersection..
