WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Thursday, December 3 through Thursday, December 10, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

WHERE:  Forest Hills Avenue between Westover Hills Boulevard and Powhite Parkway

BACKGROUND: There will be alternating lane closures during road repaving..
