WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Friday, December 11 thru Friday, December 18, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

WHERE:  Harwood Street between Rosecrest Avenue and Jefferson Davis Highway

BACKGROUND: There will be alternating lane closures in the area during road repaving..
