WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Ramp Closure

WHEN:  Now through 8 a.m. Saturday, August 8 (this is an extension)

WHERE:  Manchester Bridge southbound ramp from Semmes Avenue

BACKGROUND:  The southbound ramp will be closed for bridge joint repairs.
