                        Lane Closure – Newton Road and Hatcher Street

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Beginning at 9 a.m. on Saturday, August 15 through 9 p.m. Friday, August 21

WHERE:  Newton Road and Hatcher Street between the Henrico County line to Williamsburg Road

BACKGROUND: Newton Road and Hatcher Street will be milled and paved between the Henrico County line to Williamsburg Road. Alternating lanes will be open.
