BACKGROUND: The aforementioned area will be closed to allow tree cutting
along the Richmond-Henrico Turnpike.
DETOUR: Heading North on Richmond-Henrico Turnpike: From East Brookland
Park Boulevard, go north on Wellington Street, west on Craigie Avenue,
then north on the Richmond-Henrico Turnpike.
Heading
South on Richmond-Henrico Turnpike: From Richmond-Henrico Turnpike, go east
on Craigie Avenue, south on Wellington Street, then enter Richmond-Henrico
Turnpike.
