WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHERE:  Turpin Street between East Leigh Street and North 10^th Street

WHEN:  Saturday, November 23 through Sunday, November 24, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

BACKGROUND:  The aforementioned area will be closed to allow for installation of an HVAC unit at 615 N. 8^th St.
