WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHERE:  Intersection of South Boulevard and Blanton Avenue

WHEN:  Wednesday, November 13 through Friday, December 13

BACKGROUND:  Portions of the aforementioned intersection will be closed to allow for the replacement of water mains. Traffic will be permitted at the intersection; however, motorists are instructed to follow the detour signs.
