WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHERE:  East Jackson Street between 5^th Street and Navy Hill Drive

WHEN:  Friday, October 8 through Sunday, October 10, 6 p.m. to 6 p.m.

BACKGROUND:  The aforementioned area will be closed to allow for installation of HVAC units. Motorists are instructed to follow the detour signs.
