WHO: City of Richmond Department of Public Works
WHAT: Lane and Shoulder Closure
WHEN: Wednesday, August 31 through Thursday, September 1, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
WHERE: Manchester Bridge from Byrd Street to Semmes Avenue
BACKGROUND: There will be single lane and shoulder closings during on-going inspections as part of the Manchester Bridge Structural Inspection Analysis & Rehabilitation Project.
