WHEN:

  • March 9 to March 20 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (daily) [1, 5, 6]
  • March 16 to March 27 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (daily) [2, 3, 4]

WHERE:

1.    25th Street between Main Street and Marshall Street (in the 7th voter district)

2.    Multiple Locations (in the 3rd voter district):

a.    Chamberlayne Avenue and Azalea Avenue

b.    Chamberlayne Avenue and Westbrook Avenue

c.    Chamberlayne Avenue and North Avenue

d.    Chamberlayne Avenue and Laburnum Avenue

3.    Multiple Locations (in the 3rd voter district):

a.    Road and Azalea Avenue

b.    Brook Road and Westbrook Avenue

c.    Brook Road and Laburnum Avenue

4.    Multiple Locations (in the 3rd voter district):

BACKGROUND:

  • Installing fiber optic communications cables and repairing brick sidewalks [1, 5, 6]
  • Installing fiber optic communications cables [2, 4]
  • Installing fiber optic communications cables and utility pole risers for fiber optic communications cables [3]

There will be intermittent lane and sidewalk closures during this process. Motorists and pedestrians must pay special attention to the construction signage.
