WHERE: 1200 Richmond Hwy, Richmond, VA 23224 (in the 8th voter district)

BACKGROUND:

    Work Includes:

-      Install 12” Water main Connecting to Rt 1 and Hopkins Road existing watermains

-      Install Hopkins Road curb gutter, concrete medians, and ADA, sign island

-      Install signal control cabinet, and underground connections new signalized intersection

-      Install pedestrian crossing control devices

-      Milling asphalt travel surface

-      Install temporary pavement markings

In addition, the DOT issues permits for working in the city’s right-of-way; manages Main Street Station and the RVA Bike Share Program.
