WHERE: 21st Street between Marshall Street and Broad Street (in the
7th voter district)
BACKGROUND: Brick sidewalk repair.
There will
be intermittent lane and sidewalk closures during this process. Motorists and
pedestrians must pay special attention to the construction signage.
