·        14th Street Flood Wall at Dock Street

BACKGROUND: In the area listed above a Norfolk Southern will be removing and replacing a fractured rail. There will several detours diverting traffic during this time. See below for details.

DETOURS:

·        The Eastbound Lane of Commerce Street across the Commerce Street Bridge to Cary Street back down to 14th Street.

·        The Southbound Lane of Hull Street to Commerce Road, following a right turn to Cary Street back down to 14 Street.
