BACKGROUND: In the area listed above, a contractor will be installing
conduits and junction boxes for future fiber optic communications. The
contractor will also be pouring concrete and repairing sidewalks in the area.
There will be intermittent lane and sidewalk closures during this process. Some
travel lanes through this area will be temporarily closed during this process.
