- The intersection of Laburnum
Avenue and Hermitage Road
BACKGROUND: In the area listed above the Richmond
community will be completing a mural painting on all four corners of the
intersection. There will be intermittent lane and sidewalk closures during this
process. Work will be scheduled outside of school pick-up/drop-off hours. Work
on the northeast corner with the elementary students will be on 5/20 (rain date
5/21) and the work on the northwest corner with the community on 5/24.

The City
of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 195 currently
accredited public works agencies in the United States. DPW’s portfolio comprises a wide array of services to include
leaf collection; street, sidewalk and alley maintenance; trash collection; recycling;
