WHERE: In the 3rd Voter District
- The intersection of Hermitage Road
and Bellevue Avenue
- Westbrook Avenue between Hermitage
Road and Brook Road
BACKGROUND: In the area listed above a contractor will be installing junction
boxes for future fiber
optic communications. There will be intermittent lane and sidewalk closures
during this process. Some travel lanes through this area may be temporarily
closed during this process.

The City
of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 195 currently
