BACKGROUND: In
the area listed above a contractor will be installing conduits for future fiber
optic communication. There will be intermittent lane and sidewalk closures
during this process. Motorists and pedestrians must pay special attention to
the construction signage.

The City
of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 195 currently
accredited public works agencies in the United States. DPW’s portfolio comprises a wide
