River City Half Marathon Road Closures and No
Parking
There will be numerous “No Parking” zones and
street closures in effect as a result of the upcoming River City Half Marathon
and 5K. Runners will take to city streets on Saturday, March 8.
The Richmond Police Department is asking
motorists and pedestrians to be aware of the many roads that will be closed
across the city to accommodate the event. No parking zones are in effect at 4
a.m., Saturday, March 8.
